Two WordPress plugins

Custom Favicon adds a settings page and a media-library picker for something WordPress made unreasonably awkward. Policy Checkboxes puts a compulsory privacy and returns tick-box on the WooCommerce checkout. Neither is clever. Both are released under GPLv2 and used by people I have never met.

Two small plugins, both public, both released rather than sitting in a folder.

Custom Favicon adds a settings page under Settings with a media-library picker or a URL field. Policy Checkboxes adds a required privacy-policy tick to the WooCommerce checkout, with an optional second one for refunds and returns, both configurable from a WooCommerce settings tab rather than by editing a template.

They are here because released beats clever. The interesting thing about a plugin someone else installs is that you no longer control the environment it runs in, and everything it assumes has to be defended.

Open to interesting problems
